Programming and Education Committee
Chair: Heidi May-Stoulil
In this chapter, we’re all about spreading the knowledge and creating connections. The Programming and Education committee are fearless leaders, juggling a schedule of events across the state like a circus performer with a laptop, making sure no one is left behind in the world of education and networking!
From virtual networking (perfect for when your Wi-Fi is stronger than your social skills) to in-person meetups (for those who still remember how to shake hands), we've got it all. Expect a mixture of qualifying educational events designed to give you a brain workout and face-to-face events for when you need a break from the Zoom fatigue.
And, of course, we don’t work alone. We partner with local programming councils to make sure these events reach every corner of Oregon. Whether you’re in the bustling Portland scene or somewhere where Google Maps says, “Good luck, buddy,” we’ve got you covered.
Together, we create the kind of events that’ll have you thinking, “Did I learn something, or did I just have the best time ever?” Why not both?
Communications Committee
Chair: Karl Kamper
We are the heartbeat for our members.
We support Oregon ACHE through active and timely communication to our members, partners, sponsors and the board through our Star Chapter website, LinkedIn, and event marketing. Our efforts support Oregon ACHE’s efforts to catalyze and connect, advancing our members and healthcare leadership excellence.
In 2026, we’ll be focused on increasing opportunities to engage, celebrating our new members and fellows, and sharing ideas in our LinkedIn community.
Sponsorship Committee
Chair: Raymond Hino; Vice Chair: Claudia Aime
Dedicated to developing and cultivating strong relationships with sponsors and partners, the priority of the Sponsorship Committee is to support Oregon ACHE’s educational and networking events. By securing funds and in-kind donations, we enable Oregon ACHE to provide scholarships, support our members in pursuing FACHE designation, and strengthen our community. Joining the Sponsorship Committee offers an opportunity to engage with new people, share our successes, and meaningfully contribute to the development of healthcare leaders at all stages in their careers.
Contact Raymond for more information on sponsorship opportunities or how you can get involved with the committee.
Membership Committee
Chair: Shelli Alinari
The Oregon Chapter's Membership Committee is dedicated to welcoming new members and supporting both current and prospective members in having meaningful, impactful experiences. Our focus is on fostering strong connections and creating a supportive environment where all members feel engaged and valued.
In 2026, our goals center on four key areas: recruitment, retention, engagement, and delivering value. We aim to increase membership by welcoming at least 10 new members and renewing 5 lapsed memberships. To deepen member engagement, we will strengthen connections through local events, networking opportunities, and personalized outreach, ensuring a minimum of one Membership Committee representative is present at each chapter event—in-person or virtual. We are committed to building relationships and providing a fulfilling experience that ensures every member feels invested in the success of the Oregon Chapter.
Advancement Committee
Chairs: Evan Martin and Joseph Chick
The Advancement Committee is dedicated to supporting Oregon ACHE members on their journey to becoming Board Certified Fellows of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). We help members understand the path to fellowship, connect with resources, and navigate the steps toward advancement.
Through outreach, education, mentorship, and identifying opportunities for support, we work to make the FACHE journey more accessible and achievable. Whether you're exploring fellowship for the first time or ready to take the next step, we're here to help you connect with the people and resources to move forward in your professional journey.
Student Engagement and Early Careerist Committee
Chair: Aurae Beidler
The Student Engagement and Early Careerist Committee is focused on connecting and supporting the next generation of healthcare leaders. We create opportunities for students and early careerists to build relationships, learn from experienced healthcare executives, and get involved in Oregon ACHE.
Through mentoring, networking, professional development, and leadership opportunities, we help emerging leaders find their place in our healthcare community, grow their careers, and discover the value of being part of ACHE. Whether you're just starting out or looking for your next opportunity to grow, we're here to help you make connections and get involved.
